Please review the following delivery details carefully before placing your order.
Date Of Delivery
We do not offer same-day delivery.
All orders require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
Delivery Instructions
If the delivery address is a condo, apartment building, office tower, or any location that requires additional access details, please ensure that all necessary information is provided.
Kindly include any important delivery details — such as unit number, buzzer code, concierge instructions, parking information, or specific access directions — in the Card Note section or the Delivery Instructions box at checkout.
Providing complete details helps us ensure a smooth and timely delivery experience
Workplace Delivery
If you are placing an order for delivery to a workplace, please make sure to clearly mention this in your order notes. This allows us to take business hours and any location-specific delivery requirements into consideration to ensure a smooth and timely delivery
Delivery Options
We currently offer two delivery options:
Local Delivery
Local deliveries are completed between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
While customers may request a preferred delivery time by adding notes at checkout, we do not guarantee a specific delivery time for local delivery orders.
Requested delivery times are considered as preferences only and are not guaranteed.
Express Delivery
With Express Delivery, customers may select a specific delivery time, and we will deliver as close to that time as possible.
Please note that due to factors such as traffic, weather conditions, and road construction, minor delays of a few minutes may occur.
By selecting Express Delivery, customers acknowledge and accept these possible slight timing variations.
Missed or Unsuccessful Deliveries
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including a valid address, detailed delivery instructions, and a reachable contact number for the recipient.
If the recipient is unavailable and we are unable to complete the delivery in person, we may leave the flowers in a safe and secure location whenever possible.
If a safe drop-off is not possible or access to the location is unavailable, the order will be returned to us. In this case, the sender will be responsible for an additional delivery fee to arrange a second delivery attempt.
