Do you offer same-day delivery?
No, we do not offer same-day delivery. All orders require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.


What delivery options do you offer?
We offer two delivery options: Local Delivery and Express Delivery.
Local delivery is completed between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM, while Express Delivery allows you to select a specific delivery time.


Can I request a specific delivery time?
Yes, you may request a preferred delivery time for local delivery by adding a note at checkout. However, delivery times are not guaranteed for local delivery.
For Express Delivery, we aim to deliver as close as possible to your selected time.


What happens if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery?

If the recipient is unavailable and we are unable to complete the delivery in person, we may leave the flowers in a safe and secure location when possible.

If a safe drop-off is not possible or access is not available, the order will be returned to us. In this case, the sender will be responsible for an additional delivery fee to arrange a second delivery attempt.

We strongly recommend providing complete and accurate delivery details to help ensure a smooth and successful delivery.

Can I include a message with my order?
Yes, a complimentary message card is available. You can add your message during checkout.


Do you offer refunds or cancellations?
Due to the perishable nature of our floral arrangements, refunds are only available in the rare event that an incorrect product has been delivered.


Will the flowers look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to match the photos shown on our website. However, seasonal availability may require slight substitutions of equal or greater value.
