Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout.
Once an order is confirmed, it is immediately scheduled for preparation using fresh, perishable flowers.
Refund Policy
Due to the perishable and custom-made nature of our products, all sales are final.
Refunds are only considered in the rare case that an incorrect product is delivered — meaning a different item than the one you selected on our website.
If this occurs, please contact us within 6 hours of delivery with clear photos of the received product so we can review the issue.
Product Variations
Flowers are natural products, and slight variations in color, shape, or bloom size may occur due to seasonal availability.
While we always aim to match the design shown on our website, exact replicas cannot be guaranteed.
Missed or Unsuccessful Deliveries
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including a valid address, clear delivery instructions, and a reachable contact number for the recipient.
If we are unable to complete a delivery due to missing, incorrect, or insufficient information, additional delivery fees may apply for any re-delivery attempt.
